Within the report, the Academy sets forth their views on self-evaluation, which will be tested by the commission. The structure of the report is formed by the title page, constructed out of round green stickers. These stickers can be used by the commission members to mark those areas that raise questions, as in buying a piece of art. The structure of circles shows on the cover where it is embossed.
